Load Characteristics with Current Detection Using an Arduino Based ACS712 Sensor

This study discusses tools for digital current monitoring using an Arduino-based ACS712 sensor. The current sensor ACS712 5A uses the principle of hall effect and is a current sensor whose circuit complexity is simple. The purpose of this microcontroller is to read data obtained from the sensor using the Analog to Digital Converter (ADC) feature and then display it in the serial monitor. The ATMEGA328 microcontroller is assisted by a current measuring circuit equipped with a sensor mounted in series against the circuit to be measured in order to measure the current flowing in the circuit. The test results show that the sensor can measure the current value at its peak value with an error value of -0.066 and a standard deviation value of 0.011419. Based on the test results it can be seen that the tool can work well and has a good accuracy rate

Gender, Nilai Intrinsik Pekerjaan, Penghargaan Finansial dan Pertimbangan Pasar Kerja terhadap Minat Mahasiswa Berkarir sebagai Akuntan Publik

This study aims to determine the effect of gender, work intrinsic value, financial rewards, and labor market considerations on student interest in a career as a Public Accountant. The research method used is a quantitative method. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25. The sampling technique uses probability sampling. The sample used in the study was 70 students. The results showed, a) Gender variable (X1) obtained a value of tcount (0.746) < ttable (1.998) with the direction of the regression coefficient and p value (0.458) > level of significance (α = 0.05); b) The intrinsic value of work variable (X2) obtains a value of tcount (2.426) > ttable (1.998) with a positive regression coefficient direction and p value (0.018) < level of significance (α = 0.05); c) The financial award variable (X3) obtained a value of tcount (2.474) > ttable (1.998) with a positive regression coefficient direction and p value (0.016) < level of significance (α = 0.05); d) The labor market consideration variable (X4) obtained a value of tcount (3.372) > ttable (1.998) with a positive regression coefficient direction and p value (0.001) < level of significance (α = 0.05). In conclusion, the intrinsic value of work, financial rewards, and labor market considerations partially have a significant effect on student interest in a career as a public accountant, while gender has no significant effect on student interest in a career as a public accountant. AKIBAT HUKUM PEMBATALAN PERJANJIAN PENGIKATAN JUAL BELI OLEH AHLI WARIS KARENA WANPRESTASI

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kedudukan ahli waris dalam membatalkan perjanjian pengikatan jual beli yang dimana pembatalan tersebut menimbulkan akibat hukum, dan alasan (ratio decidendi) pertimbangan hakim sampai pada putusannya membatalkan perjanjian pengikatan jual beli. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian normatif yang berfokus pada kajian tertulis seperti peraturan perundang-undangan, keputusan pengadilan, teori hukum, asas-asas hukum, prinsip-prinsip hukum dan dapat berupa hasil karya ilmiah oleh para sarjana hukum, sehingga penelitian ini sangat berkaitan dengan studi kepustakaan (library research). Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan  pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tindakan wanprestasi tergugat yang tidak beritikad baik untuk melunasi sisa pembayaran harga tanah sampai jangka waktu yang telah dijanjikan sehingga penggugat meminta pembatalan perjanjian yang dimana menimbulkan akibat hukum yaitu memulihkan keadaan seperti semula sebelum terjadinya perjanjian. Pihak yang meminta pembatalan perjanjian wajib mengembalikan prestasi yang telah dibayarkan oleh pembeli dan pihak yang wanprestasi dikenakan denda ganti rugi yang besarnya telah disepakati dari jumlah yang harus dibayarkan pembeli kepada penjual untuk tiap-tiap hari keterlambatannya. Alasan hakim sampai pada putusannya membatalkan perjanjian pengikatan jual beli ialah tergugat melakukan tindakan wanprestasi yang dimana tidak melunasi sisa pembayaran harga tanah sampai jangka waktu yang telah diperjanjikan, serta tidak mempunyai itikad baik untuk menyelesaikan perjanjian.     Kata Kunci: Ahli waris , Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli, Wanprestasi. Abstract This study aims to analyze the position of the heirs in canceling the sale and purchase binding agreement in which the cancellation has legal consequences, and the reasons (ratio decidendi) of Bakim's consideration until his decision to cancel the sale and purchase binding agreement. written studies such as legislation, court decisions, legal theory, legal principles, legal principles and can be in the form of scientific work by law scholars so that this research is closely related to library research. The approach in this research is  using a statutory approach and a case approach. The results of the study show that the defendant's default action was not intended to pay off the remaining land price payment until the promised period, so that the plaintiff requested the cancellation of the agreement. Where it has legal consequences, namely restoring the situation to what it was before the agreement was made. The party requesting the cancellation of the agreement is obliged to return the performance that has been paid by the buyer and the party who defaults is subject to a compensation fine of the agreed amount of the amount that the buyer must pay to the seller for each day of delay. The reason the judge came to his decision to cancel the sale and purchase binding agreement was that the defendant committed an act of default which did not pay off the remaining payment of the land price until the agreed period, and did not have good faith to complete the agreement. COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF GHANJARAN PARK TOURISM BASED ON LOCAL POTENTIAL

Community empowerment is an effort to enable and empower communities from poverty, underdevelopment, and inequality in community empowerment efforts through the development of ghanjaran park tourism with local potential. The purpose of this study was to analyze community empowerment in Ketapanrame Village because it has local potential such as vegetables and fruits and other agricultural products. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative approach with observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: first, the efforts that can be made to make community empowerment successful are Enabling, namely utilizing the potential of the village and its resources to later build Ghanjaran Park tourism, Empowering, namely managing and caring for Ghanjaran Park tourism by providing security and comfort facilities to visitors. and employment opportunities for residents, Protecting, namely making competent efforts to encourage the development of Ghanjaran Park tourism through BUMDES. Second, the inhibiting factors in tourism development are the absence of public transportation, lack of promotion, and limited human resources. Third, efforts to overcome obstacles in tourism development are by coordinating with local governments related to public transportation, conducting digital promotions through social media and optimizing or socializing to improve skills. Pengaruh Manajemen Modal Kerja terhadap Profitabilitas Perusahaan Non Keuangan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia

Penelitian ini mempelajari pengaruh manajemen modal kerja terhadap profitabilitas Perusahaan non keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Variabel yang digunakan untuk mengukur manajemen modal kerja adalah cash conversion cycle, gross working capital turnover ratio, current assets to total assets ratio, current liabilities to total assets ratio, dan current ratio, sedangkan profitabilitas diukur dengan return on assets dan return on equity. Perusahaan yang diteliti sebanyak 139 Perusahaan non keuangan untuk seluruh sektor, kemudian dianalisis lagi untuk masing-masing sektor yaitu sektor utama (industri penghasil bahan baku), sektor kedua (industri manufaktur), dan sektor ketiga (industri jasa), dengan periode penelitian tahun 2011-2013. Dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, hasil yang diperoleh adalah manajemen modal kerja tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap profitabilitas Perusahaan non keuangan untuk seluruh sektor. Pengaruhnya terjadi hanya pada sektor utama (industri penghasil bahan baku). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen modal kerja bukan merupakan penentu bagi peningkatan profitabilitas Perusahaan. Manajemen modal kerja belum dikelola secara efektif dan efisien untuk menciptakan penjualan sehingga menghasilkan keuntungan bagi Perusahaan

Hubungan Pengetahuan dan Sikap Dengan Perilaku Ibu Terhadap Pencegahan COVID-19 Pada Masa Kanak-Kanak

In Indonesia, the number of positive cases in children aged 6-18 years is 9.3% while in Magetan Regency, the number of positive cases in children aged 6-18 years as of January 17, 2021 is 19 cases. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between knowledge and attitudes with COVID-19 prevention behavior in childhood. This type of research uses aapproach cross sectional. The target of this study is mothers who have children aged 6-12 years, with a total population of 143 populations and a sample of 105 populations, and using simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used bivariate analysis ofstatistical test chi-square. The results of thetest chi-square showed that there was a relationship between knowledge (p < 0.002) and attitude (p < 0.001) with COVID-19 prevention behavior in childhood. Mother's knowledge and attitudes are related to COVID-19 prevention behavior, because in childhood they still need supervision from parents, especially mothers.  Suggestions for further research to make more applicative approaches to the community through leaflets or booklets for interventions on COVID-19 prevention behavior.Keywords: Attitude, COVID-19, Knowledg

Kampung warna-warni Jodipan merupakan salah satu kampung yang terletak di Kota Malang yang berkembang dari fungsi pemukiman biasa menjadi fungsi wisata dan dikunjungi oleh banyak wisatawan setiap harinya. Dengan adanya perkembangan tersebut. ruang di area kampung yang paling terpengaruh oleh keberadaan wisatawan tersebut adalah ruang publik kampung. dimana sifat dasar ruang publik adalah tidak bersifat pribadi namun dapat digunakan oleh sekelompok orang secara umum. oleh sebab itu wisatawan bebas untuk mengetahui bagaimana pola aktivitas yang terjadi di ruang publik kampumgwarna-warni Jodipan seiring dengan perkembangan fungsinya menjadi kampung wisata serta untuk mengetahui bagaimana keterkaitan antara aktivitas tersebut dengan ruang publik yang mewadahinya

PENGARUH PENYULUHAN PEMERIKSAAN PAYUDARA SENDIRI (SADARI) MELALUI MEDIA VIDEO TERHADAP TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN TENTANG SADARI PADA REMAJA PUTRI

Kurangnya pengetahaun tentang deteksi dini kanker payudara dengan SADARI mengakibatkan 70% kanker payudara ditemukan ketika sudah stadium lanjut. Upaya untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja putri salah satunya melalui penyuluhan SADARI. Media video merupakan salah satu media baru yang diharapkan dapat memberikan peningkatan pengetahuan tentang SADARI. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyuluhan pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (SADARI) melalui media video terhadap tingkat pengetahuan tentang SADARI pada remaja putri di SMA N 1 Pleret. Penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperimental dengan one group pretest dan posttest design. Pengammbilan sampel dilakukan secara propotional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 75 respondeen. Instrument yang digunakan dalah kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan Wilcoxon test. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh penyuluhan pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (SADARI) melalui media video terhadap tingkat pengetahuan tentang SADARI pada remaja putri. Diharapkan untuk SMA Negeri 1 Pleret dapat menggunakan media video sebagai bahan ajar mengenai pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (SADARI) untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja putri

Estimating Intellectual Capital Value Adequacy - A Case Study in Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) Indonesia

Purpose: The article describes about concepting of intellectual capital value adequacy for sustainable tax reform. Concern with capability problem has fluctuated tax revenue dramatically over last decade. Sustainable tax revenue is an inherent of intellectual capital.   Theoretical framework: Theoretical case for a positive relation between VAICTM disclosure, tax reform and net worth method rest on the assumption that the responsibility devolved upon apparatus.   Design/Methodology/Approach: Descriptive Quantitative Method. Primary data through interviews with several elite informants and auditors. Secondary data from Annual Report, Performance Report and Financial Report during 2017 – 2021, to calculate the value creation efficiency of DGT’s tangible and intangible assets.   Findings: This research finds out the variables to estimate the intellectual capital value and adequate implementation of an institution. Furthermore, to build an adequate intellectual capital concept for the public sector, researcher offer the concept of intellectual capital as its components elaborating the VAICTM and the Net Worth Method.   Research, practical &amp; social implications: It is recommended by using VAICTM and Net Worth Method can be used to estimate value added intellectual capital coefficient and adequate at DGT.   Originality/Value: Elaboration of Value-Added Intellectual Capital Coefficient and Net Worth Method can be used as a new concept in DGT
